My Recent Experience with Cedarwood
As I was preparing this web page, I was once again reading about them. What caught my eye was this: CEDARWOOD CLEARS MENTAL CLUTTER! Next I started inhaling from my bottle of cedarwood as I was reading some of the scripture verses about how King Solomon used cedar in so much of his building. Suddenly, in my mind's eye, I was transported back in time to one of Solomon's vast buildings made of cedar.

Solomon was known for his wisdom. Cedarwood oil contains the highest level of sesquiterpines of all the essential oils known in the world today. Okay, that was a big word, but here's why it's important. When inhaled, Sesquiterpines have the ability to cross the blood-brain barrior, afterwhich they can provide more oxygen to the brain!

The bottom line? I've been keeping cedarwood at my desk ever since!
