An Essential Oils First Aid Kit for Your Home

People of all ages can benefit from having an essential oil first aid kit, but for now, I'd like to share a story that deals with moms.

Consider this picture. Two moms, each in their respective homes, are lying down on the sofa with a headache. Both have a three-year-old child. One sees his mom not feeling well and asks if she would like an aspirin (or other over-the-counter pain killer). The other says, "Mom, shall I bring you an oil?"

There's a new generation of moms who are looking for more natural products for their home, and many of these moms are choosing essential ois as their first resource.

They are learning how to use essential oils for their first aid kit. They read, study, and learn from others. Sometimes they listen to their mother's intuition and experiment.

When something works or doesn't work, they share it with other moms. This is one of the ways that our knowledge has grown. A big thank you to all of these moms and to everyone who shares their experiments and their results.
